Digital Products

All products sold by Smear Audio are digital audio plugins delivered as downloadable files. By completing a purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the plugin on your own systems. No physical goods are shipped.

License Grant

Your plugin license permits installation on up to two (2) computers that you personally own or control. Licenses may not be resold, sublicensed, or shared with others. Each purchase is tied to your Smear Audio account and generates a unique serial number recorded in your order history.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds once a serial number has been issued. If you experience a technical fault that prevents the plugin from functioning as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

License Termination

Smear Audio reserves the right to revoke a license if these terms are violated — including unauthorized distribution, reverse engineering, or circumvention of the licensing mechanism. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Smear Audio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Finland. If you have questions, contact us at [email protected].
